Shipping policy

We ship every Hotseason order from our international warehouse to addresses across the United Kingdom.

UK delivery options

Standard UK Delivery — £3.99
Free on orders £25 and over.
Estimated delivery: 5–9 working days.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 22:00 UK time on a working day are dispatched the next working day. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order leaves the warehouse.

Tracking

All orders are tracked end-to-end. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 working days, check your spam folder, then email hello@hotseason.uk.

Delivery delays

Delivery times are estimates. Couriers may be slower during bank holidays or extreme weather. If your order is more than 5 working days late on the upper estimate, get in touch and we'll chase it.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your safe place first, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate.

Address changes

If you need to change your delivery address, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in transit and we can't change it.

Outside the UK

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
