Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Hotseason purchase. If something isn't right, here's what to do.

Right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it. To start a return, email hello@hotseason.uk with your order number.

Returning your item

Once your return is approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item, back to your original payment method. Original delivery charges are refunded if you return the full order; if you return part of the order, the delivery charge is non-refundable.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including return postage).

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or had their water tank filled cannot be returned unless faulty.
