About the products

Do these actually cool, or just blow air?
The Mini Air Cooler is an evaporative cooler, water evaporates through a cooling pad, dropping the air temperature by 4–6°C in rooms under 15m². The Mist Fan adds hydrating spray. The Pro Handheld has an ice-cold contact plate. All three do what they say.

Are these the same as cheap AliExpress fans?
Same factories, sometimes. But we've tested them, we stand behind them with a 12-month warranty, and we ship from a UK-supporting warehouse. Buy from us if you want recourse when something goes wrong.

How loud are they?
All three are under 40dB on low, quieter than a normal conversation. The Pro Handheld hits ~55dB at max speed.

How long does delivery take?
5–10 working days, tracked, from our international warehouse.

Why not 24-hour delivery?
Because that would be a lie at this price point. We don't pretend to ship from a UK warehouse when we don't.

Free shipping threshold?
£25. Most of our products qualify on their own.
