Delivery

• Standard UK Delivery, £3.99. 5–10 working days, tracked.
• Free UK Delivery on orders over £25.
• Orders ship from our international warehouse. You will receive a tracking link by email within 48 hours of ordering.

Why 5–10 days, not 24 hours

Anyone selling a £29 fan with next-day UK delivery is either losing money or lying about where it ships from. We tell the truth.

Returns

Your statutory rights apply. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return any unused item for a full refund.

• Product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
• Email hello@hotseason.uk with your order number to start a return.
• You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds processed within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item.

Faulty items

If your fan arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery, email us with a video or photo of the fault and we will replace it free of charge or refund in full at your option.

12-month motor warranty

Beyond 30 days, the motor is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects.

Lost packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7+ days, email us. We will chase the courier or send a replacement.
